New Commercial Real Estate Firm Unveils Its First Property:
Loudoun Parkway Commons, Ashburn, VA

Ashburn, VA — Local real estate developer, Jim Wright, president of James Michael Companies, will unveil his company’s first new property, Loudoun Parkway Commons, in Ashburn, Virginia, during an Open House on Friday, April 28, 2006, 12 p.m. — 3 p.m.

The property consists of commercial office/warehouse condominiums. The main building measures 120,000 square feet with 22 units. The smaller adjacent building is comprised of 30,000 square feet of space which has been sold to single purchaser. Of particular note is the fact that the building sold out in six months and will house a variety of tenants, including a carpet company, an international spice company, a real estate broker and a real estate firm.
